Valloriate / Must do

Valloriate is characterized by the presence of a multitude of paths that cross the countless hamlets (about 40) that compose it. There are therefore numerous possibilities of easy itineraries in the woods and among the various villages, among which we point out the one which is part of the “Diffuse Museum of Resistance” that connects Valloriate to the village Paraloup (Rittana district) crossing the Partisan village Cavagna.
In addition to these, for those who love the most demanding walks there is the possibility to reach the most important local peaks, such as that of the Tajarè (1654 m), the symbolic mountain of the lower Stura Valley with a curious pyramidal shape and sharpness, with a path which starts from the Chiotti village. Also, there is, for example, the particularly interesting to travel in spring and autumn intinerary which leads from the Chiaupe village to the Valloriate hill, from which you can enjoy a wide view.
For those who want to try their hand at climbing or for those who already practice this sport and want to train, a beautiful outdoor artificial climbing gym is available in the village.
