The manual art of wool felt is made with homemade natural soap and water, as was already the case in the workshops of Pompeii and in the medieval or Renaissance workshops throughout Europe. The wool of Sambucana sheep - native breed of the mountains of the Stura Valley - is taken to the shearing, cleaned and washed by hand, carded and transformed manually in capes, coats, jackets, skirts, bodices, hats and other thousand wear-resistant accessories, thermal insulating, waterproof, breathable, with all those technical characteristics that make wool unique and inimitable. Felt is a woven world without weft and warp.
