The Stura Valley offers a varied range of products that are a direct reflection of an evolving territory, but still genuinely rooted in the wake of typicality and tradition.
From the agricultural sector, which despite having accepted numerous transformations in the production and sales methods continues to be one of the most widespread throughout the valley, come products that for their exclusivity are particularly valuable “niches of taste”.
Among these niches of taste are the dairy productions of the Valley among which stand out the alpine pasture products from which delicious cheese obtained with the use of traditional cheesemaking techniques and which are produced by small farms scattered throughout our territory. Our advice is always to come and visit us and discover the producers present in the Valley, talk to them and taste our dairy delicacies.
